Printer Linky Party

My printer has been working overtime since I entered the wonderful world of teacher blogs!  This is the printer I currently have:

It is a Canon Pixma iP2600.  Overall, I like it a lot.  I got it from Wal-Mart for around $30, maybe a little less.  I have had it for a while now (I think about 2 years), and purchased it to replace a similar Canon printer.  I buy ink at Sam's - they have a pack with 2 black cartridges and 1 color cartridge for about $48, which is quite a bit cheaper than purchasing the cartridges separately at other stores.  I seem to go through ink pretty quickly though - admittedly, I do print a TON of things, but it makes me wonder what else is out there printer-wise.  Who better to ask than my fellow teacher-bloggers and blog-stalkers?  I doubt many people print from their home printers as much as we do!

Let's see if we can figure out the best printer/ink combo for printing out our great blog finds!  Link up below to share your printer/ink info and how you feel about your printer's performance!

I have a Kodak printer and love it! The black ink only costs $10.00 and the color ink is only $20!! The printer was more expensive to start with but the price in ink makes it worth it!

Just bought a Kodak ESP 2170. Best Buy and the box say that it's the cheapest ink around. It double sides, is wireless, and has a scanner. Copies have been good but I've only printed in black and white so far. I save the color for work!
